    Current Bugs and Versions for Fashion Story

    If you would like to report a bug in Fashion Story or Fashion Story Android, please make sure to include the following:

    1. Your device (iOS, Android, please be as specific as possible) and it's version number
    2. Your games version (this can be found on the bottom of the Help/FAQ page)
    3. A description of the problem, and what you were doing when the problem occurred
    4. If possible, a screenshot of the problem

    Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
    and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.

    Current versions of the game
    IOS- Valentine version - 1.4.3
    Android- 1.3.7.03
    Kindle Fire-1.3.7

    Makeup counter goes out of sync Tl is looking into this issue.



    Blank screen when trying to buy gems To fix, do a restore of your device. make sure you choose"new". see thread https://forums.teamlava.com/showthrea...l=1#post181914



    Weekly Update - Some people receive the new update on Fridays. Some have to wait until Tuesday.

    Notifications - Work for some people, not for others. In some games, but maybe not all. TL is aware and trying to fix. Try deleting your game and redownloading it.

    Blocked comments - currently not available in game (see threads blocking and reporting for discussions about blocking). If you have received this message while trying to post on a players wall, it is most likely that your game is out of sync. Exiting out of the wall, then returning and posting again seems to clear it up.

    Older devices- problems with crashing and memory issues

    My girls suddenly don't see my clocks. Before, it wasn't even coming up over their heads but now almost every girl stops and thinks clock before coming in. 

    Oh and it's version 1.2.4 on iPod touch 3. Not sure how to post screen shot sry

    They aren't looking for your clocks. The game doesn't care if you have clocks on your wall or not.

    The reason for the clocks over their heads is because you don't have enough tables/racks for the incoming customers to look at. If you only have a few tables/racks, put them in the middle of the room and make sure they are not blocked on any of the four sides.

    I HAD A SHOP COMPLETE WITH
    CLOTHES. I INCREASED THE SIZE OF THIS SHOP, ADDED ANOTHER CASH REGISTER.
    THE SHOP STARTED TO PROCESS THE INFORMATION AND DELETED ALL OF THE
    CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES.

    AT THE PRESENT TIME THE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES. EVERYTIME IT OPENS AND
    CLOSES A NEW PERSON APPEARS IN THE DOORWAY.

    While "shopping" at my nieghbors stores the screen freezes, it won't let me move the screen or tap on anything. I have to hit the home button and go back to my store then return to my neighbor. Not sure why it is doing this. I asked around and a few of my neighbors are experiencing the same problem. I have an I PAD 2 not sure of the version think it is 4.3.3.

    Also I have found that if I sync to itunes with my iphone, sometimes it helps with these issues Also when synced with Itunes make sure you have the most current IOS version. 4.3.5
