You can move them and rotate them 2 ways. Go tools, edit, then drag what you want to move. To rotate go tools, edit, tap the building, then tap the little brown arrows.

How come none of our animals make a noise when we clear their ! like the cows/pigs/sheep do? I really want to hear the other animal noises.

LOL, I freaked my husband out the other day when I collected from the pigs. He was like "did you just oink at me?" I told him it was just the game, but I'm not too sure he believed me.

You have to go to edit mode, put them out on your farm somewhere... Preferably not close to anything important. Then switch from move to sell mode and double tap each one. I suggest starting out a few at a time.

And considering some issues other users have had, maybe lay them out to sell, go visit another farm, then come back before selling them -- Just to try to avoid sync errors causing them to disappear.
