    there was an emergency maintenance on all the games last night/early this morning. This caused the wall issue.

    Ahh ... thanks Kooky - you are an encyclopedia of knowledge ~

    I probably should have checked out other walls before I freaked.

    Maybe whatever caused the emergency is also the cause of a delay in my help.

    Does make me feel better they are working on these things.

    Unhappy Awaiting Assistance ASAP

    This happened to me last night as well. I am still waiting for a response and have decided not to play until I receive a response. I have lost approximately 15 gems, several hundred of dollars worth of inventory (clothes, shoes, furniture etc.), and most importantly the time and patience it took to get several clothing levels up to a four rating.

    In reading this, it appears to be a common issue that needs to be addressed.

    I don't understand. How did you lose gems and mastery levels? Which of the problems in the OP did you experience as well? I'm not sure how to help without knowing more of the situation.

    Hello,

    My stormID is: easby06 and my store name is Vern.

    Approximately, 20 minutes ago, I made several purchases with coins and
    gems. These purchased placed me closer to the next level and a four rating
    for Simply Casual. I had all threes with the exception of the shoes and was
    in the process of achieving this ranking.

    I also had a total of 22 - 24 gems. I made made three purchases in the
    closet of the Mint Dress, Suede Bag, and Wood Earrings all with coins for
    tomorrow's attire.

    I made purchases in the design area of two basic clothes stand and one
    orange lamp. I also made changes to my store layout making it more traffic
    friendly. I play this game on my iPad. Prior to me closing the game, I had
    all 11 tabs filled with the woven wedges for five minutes.

    When I came back to check on the progress, there was a notification
    saying that my order expired and I needed to pay 15 gems if I wanted to
    restore my order. I was a little puzzled because I was not gone for the
    entire five minutes and decided to pay the 15 gems to recover the items. It
    was then I realized this was not my order and was that of much earlier order
    of the All Business attire.

    I also noticed that I now had customers when I blocked the door so I
    could restock and rearrange as well; I had more coins than I had prior to me
    closing the game; the number of clothing items were not longer the volume of
    purchases nor that of the added items; the store layout went back to the
    original layout; I was no longer close to the four rating and was back to
    threes in all four areas; my purchases in the design store were no longer
    there; and my closet purchases were no longer there as well.

    I am requesting that you look at my purchase history and credit me be
    back with my purchases, gems, and level attained.

    I will not purchase or play the game until I receive a response from
    you.

    looks like you have already notified support of your gem loss. You will need to wait for their response on the loss of gems.

    Please be advised, that when you get your email support reply back, you can come post what they say, but please do not post a copy of the support email on the forum.

    Sometimes when you are playing the games, you may get knocked offline and not know it. Is it possible that when you changed your ordered out you may of been offline, so you actually never changed the order out. This has happened to numerous other users.
    After I change an order, I always go visit a nbr, then check my catalog to make sure what I thought I did , happened.

    This actually can happen on all the games.
    On one portion of your gem loss ... If you do hit the button to recover the clothes, the gems will be deducted and more than likely team lava support will not
    refund these gems. You can wait for confirmation from support.

    They should replace my gems because the items that I thought expired was the woven shoes and not the business attire. Had I know this before hand, I would not have done this.

    Don't think the internet connection was the issue either. However, I did noticed that I received approximately three or four notices about something pertaining to this as i was making my purchases. However, it always went back to where it left off.

    Also, in another post, you stated to a user that the version could be the issue with the problem she was experiencing. I went to check my version and did not see what you stated. I used my iPad and computer to check for the version updates and I have the most current of 1.2.4 Jun 27, 11. Where did you get your version.

    The version on your IPAD. check under setting-about-scroll down to version. Most current apple version is 4.3.5.

    (1.2.4 is the version of the game).
