Support has NOT helped with this. I have emailed them 3 times and the last time I emailed, I got an automated reply saying that they are no longer accepting emails for bugs and issues and to post on the forums for such things. I have lost money and food and I haven't gotten anything back from support. It's getting ridiculous. I reported the problems to them and all I was told was that they would forward it to the proper team and that was it. I got up to over $33,000 today when I turned the game on, got a message saying that my restaurant was out of sync, I clicked to refresh, and when it did, I was down to $7,560 and some of the food was gone so I know that I lost both the food AND the money.
