I can't see new item and also I can't use new item. My neighbor use sapphire dress(?) Lv29.
But I can't see and use.
How to get that item??

It is a weekly update..

~ Be Patient, Updates roll out slowly. you should get these items by sunday/monday
~ If not, your game does not have the most recent update. Update the game, and you should see the new features.
