What is SPUMONI??

Spumoni is the ******d ice cream. It's made of a layer of chocolate, a layer of cherry and a layer of pistachio. It is traditionally eaten in slices rather than scoops but I'll let that slide

It's Italian in origin but seems to have gone rather out of fashion since I was a child. I have an Italian name and my father used to pretend when I was a little girl that Spumoni was my middle name
