    Question flax

is it just me or does the flax look like little sticks when it's ready for harvest...looks better while growing... but still happy to have a new crop!

my question was does anyone else think that the flax looks funny when ready for harvest... it is pretty when growing then just ends up looking like some twig like things...not too pretty...

That's because that's what flax looks like when it is fully grown. It starts off with flowers but when it's time for harvest the flowers have died off.
I wasn't sure if I could put a picture from the web on but if you google it you'll see what they look like.

Flax is an herb. Herbs aren't typically pretty plants. But hey, flax is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids!!

Hey, some herbs are very pretty! Some aren't, but forget that as it's not great for my point
