I have the same issue and i know its not on my end i can get gems for bakery story and dragon story i have a android and am with Galadriel123 i cant access that link ether

This is a problem within the game. I can purchase within my other 'story' games. This is the only one that has a problem. When I try to purchase, I receive a message that the item I wish to purchase is not available. I'm playing on an ASUS tablet, android icrcream sandwich, and FS back to school.

Is this android devices having issues?
If so which version of the game are you on? Have you tried purchasing from a different version of the game?

i use a droid razr max and im using the back to school one i just downloaded the plan one and it worked thank you i would never have thought it was just that i was using a new one
