Can't buy gems in Fashion Story! help me please

I tried to buy gems in Fashion Story, but it says that I can't buy gems with 'this account'.
I have an iTunes-account, but without creditcard. I have iTunes store credit, can I buy gems with that?
Can you help me?

OMG i have the same problem just now!
Im playing on iPhone and cant buy Gems.
My storm ID is JaliyahChayenne and boutique name is Fasionz, level 95.
The sale only last about 9hours from now.
I have an iTunes card and charged my phone
with it. This has never happened before when i tried to purchase Gems!
Even an error message wont show.
Help!

Thnx Moderator Maguar...it worked. It took me a very long time but im happy now ;-)
