Elven Outpost won't load

Yesterday I reached the Elven Outpost.

I did a delivery. Today it won't load. There is only an orange. Closed the game several times.

I could do the delivery of the oranges, received runes, and the next request is again only one item

The Elven Outpost goal Off and Away only has 1 box that's necessary to trade on. Out of interest what goal are you on or have you finished them?

I finished it. I am on part 4 of the "Le Tour De Glimmerwood"

The problem was solved, but now the irregularity has started again.
I did an Elven Trade, and the new requests won't load.
Should I just wait or should I submit a ticket again?



Extra information: I just finished part 4:3. "Peony Predictions"
And I am now on part 4:4. "Communing with Clouds"

As I made progress in the storyline, the requests started coming back.
The lack of requests is probably related to the storyline.
So it's resolved again, and I didn't have to submit a ticket
