    I am moderately expanded both top & bottom, and there are no discounted plots. So this is likely certain areas for newer players, which occasionally go on sale intermittently. I took advantage of a few when I was a newer player.
    Plz add: SofiaDeo, pinkpresence (Pinks Place), impyLou (Queen Impylou), aaerie (Aaerie)

    I found one plot; sorry I don?t know the coordinates. I think the ones last year were in the same general area. There were only two or three.

    It's an optional gem building purchase, but have you started the Academy storyline? Maybe that's why it's still locked. let me know so I can flag it with the team before the offer expires.
