Here are the simplified directions to complete the new Ominous Omens Dragon Tales event. Not only are the chapters and acts listed, I also put in the supplies needed and how many times the Hulking Dragon has to be sent on missions. I hope it helps all of you to get the Silk Dragon. With no further ado, here's the chapters and I divided them up by levels.
Note: You can level up the Hulking, Slither and Skybane Dragons to their required levels early and they will count. For most players Hulking needs to be at level 14, Slither to level 12 and Skybane to level 6.
***If you are below level 80, then look at your level listing to see required levels for your dragons.***
Note: You can breed Skybane Dragon early (Breed white and blue) and it will count when asked in Chapter 6.
Note: For anyone who have difficulty breeding the common dragon for Dragon Tales events, you can skip the acts where that dragon is required for a total of 112 Gold.
Note: I could not breed the darn thing at all between three accounts so I did something I would never, ever suggest anyone else do and bought the darn Skybane Dragon from the market with Google credits which just so happen to equal the purchase price of 250 Gold so I really didn't spend anything, lol. Like I just said, I would never advise anyone to buy a common dragon from the Spell Shop no matter how much the game denies you from breeding it.

Note: I'm going to make a personal comment on this edition of the Dragon Tales. This is one of the weirdest Dragon Tales events I've seen in a long time. The first comment is on the Hulking Dragon. There's no green element to the dragon. For those of us who read comic books and watched the 1980s show, then there's the color green to one of our beloved comic book heroes, hence, should've had the elements spooky, black and green for its elements. There also could be an argument for "Hulking" to mean a certain "professional" wrestler who had a long career that wears red and yellow with black and white being used during his heel persona days. In this case, spooky, red, yellow or spooky, white, black would've been the more appropriate elements.
The Slither Dragon also has the wrong elements. When I think of something slithery in the month of October, I think of snakes enjoying the rainfall in rainy parts of our world. Instead of spooky, pink, purple, I feel spooky, stone, green would've been the more appropriate elements as snakes like to slither around in the grass around rocks.
Now I'll talk about the Silk Dragon. Silk has really nothing to do with the spooky season except for what spiders spin. The ultra rare dragon would've been another dragon altogether like maybe a dragon I would call the Dark Spider dragon with spooky, black, purple as its elements. We now have Nevermore, Occult and Silk that are ultra rare with the same elements of spooky, purple - it is too many and spooky, purple is a weak combo for battles.
I had the thought of skipping this Tales because of these reasons, I already have Doom from a previous Dragon Tales and Skybane seems to be impossible to breed but I decided to do this one anyway for the farm boosts that will be valuable in the next event if they don't purposely put me in a professional swindler group like they have the last 3 of those events.
