"Camera" & "Phone" Icon missing at the new V. edition

I have d/l the new V. edition for RS and found that after you visit the first nbr, the "phone" icon as well as the "camera" icon are gone. that means you can only visit the 2nd nbr onwards by pressing the "main" --> "social" --> "neighbors" !!!! :confused:

Is there anyone who has the same problem as I do? I am playing at Android platform (Samsung Galaxy Note II).

P.S. the problem did not occur at my iPad.

There's a couple of us who reported this in the thread below. TL did not see the problem on their phone and haven't responded to the screenshot I posted showing the icons were missing. So as of right now, based on the lack of feedback, it doesn't appear anything will happen.
