Hi all,
I submitted a request to transfer my game from old device to new device.
Initially I received a very quick response, asking me for my stormID etc etc, which I responded, but it's now been nearly 2 days and still no response!
Anyone knows if Team Lava Support team are all on holiday or something!?!?
It can take up to 5 business days for the transfer to be completed. :(Quote:

You could email them back from the last email they sent you asking for a status on your ticket. I think there is a way to check your ticket via the web as well, but for the life of me I can't recall how. Did it say in any of the emails how you can do that?Quote:

I dont know about that sorry but i transfer my games almost every other day so it works for me tl is the one who told me how to do this
I was told any game that has storm 8 then you can transfer but i never tried the other games just world war
I would advise that if you get the games transferred yourself, reply back to your email from support with your ticket number and let them know you have done the transfer yourself so they can close your ticket.Quote:

I've also updated my support ticket, hopefully they read it before they try to transfer my game!
I've done this and yes. ... They do send one immediate auto response regardless of what yr email said. Then u have to provide the info they ask for PRECISELY the way they ask for it. Make sure your info is correct and u spell yr user ID correctly etc. after that they r pretty good u will have to then download the game from app store on yr new device and voila!! please understand you CAN NO LONGER ACCESS YR GAME FROM THE OLD DEVICE. That said once u get into the game and expand u really need an I pad or larger, like a computer, to play it. Hope this helps!!
Hmmm I don't know but u cannot successfully transfer yr game by yourself .... Team Lava must be involved. Just to clarify you also CAN NOT have the same game on two devices. Unfortunately....

I bought the iphone 4S just a few hours ago and I transferred my fashion story with all my money and everything. DONT HAVE TO START ALL OVER or wait for support :)))
I downloaded the world war and played level 1 - and then followed your instructions - just as u said.

I can't check the status of my ticket. It says page doesn't exist when I click on the ticket number. It been almost 3 weeks since I raised a request for game transfer. They is no response from team lava. I'm very disappointed with your service. Why do you have such a complicated process for game transfer. Can't we just sync it using our mail ID like other games.

Unfortunately, Fashion Story does not have the login feature currently. You will have to download a game with the Login feature such as Bakery Story. Once you login with that game, it will transfer all the S8 games linked to your account to the new device, including Fashion Story. Hope this helps!Quote:
