Yes, you might be able to, you just need to use the login feature. If you remember your old password then you can do it yourself, if not, then support will have to do it for you.

I'm going to move this into Bugs and Issues in case I'm wrong as the Community Managers will see it and correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not sure of iOS to android, but it should work...
