You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games. Give them you storm ID, the level of one of the games that you play and the number of gems you have in one of your games.
If you know the UDID numbers for both devices , give support that information
You can also try and transfer yourself. If you know the UDID numbers for both:

Make sure you download all the games you are playing to you new device, but do not set up a new storm ID.

Remember if you play other teamlava games besides dragon story they will also be transferred not only dragon story

Dragon story isn't listed under the transfer account button?
You can use any of the games to transfer. Are you playing any other Team lava games? Once you transfer any of the games, all your games under your old device will transfer to your new device.
If you are not playing any of the games on the transfer list, go download one of them from the app store, then you can use that game to transfer and your dragon game will transfer too.
If you any problems, you can email support@teamlava.com and they can do the transfer for you.
Dragon story isn't listed under transfer account well just select another game it will transfer dragon story I just transferred my games myself it transferred everything
Important things u need: the UDID from your OLD iPad,
and your new UDID from your new iPad
And ur level from ur account
Then go to https://teamlava.com/ ....go towards the bottom and click "Transfer Account"
Ive done 3 transfers so far and I find that the fastest way is to directly email to support@teamlava.com for transferring.
My next issue is that I don't have the UDID from. My old iPad. To be honest this wasn't on my mind before I exchanged it.
They can Android accounts transfer using storm8 IDs, so they should be able to do it for iOS to iOS. You're probably not the first person who doesn't know your UUID from your own phone. Send an email to support@teamlava.com. You'll get a response asking for information, and after you send that in, they'll transfer it for you.

I got a new phone yesterday, I also do not have my udid. I emailed them and they sent me an automated message back saying to give them my old and new storm id's. I am still awaiting a reply.
I was thinking when the OP first posted that the UDID from the old device would be needed. My wife upgraded her phone last year and I bought my iPad; fortunately, I checked on the forum about changing devices first, so it was fairly painless.
I hope the OP is able to revisit the business where he got the iPad and they can somehow retrieve the number!

I've had Dragon Story for several weeks now, and I must say that I love it. I just got a new iPod touch 4g today.. The same as my other one. I transfered all of my apps over, and all the ones I checked still have my data. Dragon Story, however, did not :[ My ID was ferret189, I was a level 18, and spent my own $5 on gold to get a Magic Dragon egg. I had make a new ID on my new iPod, which is ferrret189 (three r's), and now I'm back to the start. I'd really appreciate it if I could get some help. I still have my old iPod, with the app and all of my stats on it if that helps out at all; though I am planning on selling it soon. I really don't want to loose all of my adorable dragons which I am very proud of, nor the five dollars that I spent. Thank you.
Since you've already created a new ID, email support@teamlava.com Give them your old ID, your new ID, and that you would like your old one back on your new device. They can transfer it over :)

Im after transferring my games from my iPhone 4 to my new iPhone 4S, ive got a Fashion Story account so on the website I used that link to transfer my games, but i entered my UDID for both phones correctly (I double checked a million times that the 16 digits were right), and my current level - and it still says theres an error.
Ive emailed TL but im kinda in a rush because my sister wants my old phone after hers is broke, I doubt theyll get back to me straight away.
So im worried ill lose the games, ive spent so much money in in-app purchases, hrr.
Also, does anyone know if Dragon Story and Pet Hotel Story as well as Fashion Story are all run by the same people, im hoping like its already been said, theyll all transfer together!

When I transfered mine over it said there had been an error, but I just tried again straight away and it worked.
I transfered my games by storm8, only took a minute. See thread 'how to transfer' in Bugs & Feedback. There is a link on page3 with step by step instructions:)
Ill be getting a new iphone by tomorrow, and im trying to find out now how to transfer all my TL games from my old to my new. On the Website of TL, theres a option where you can request a transfer BUT not for dragon Story ??? so if i have my new phone tomorrow i cant transfer my game with all the work ive put into it? im at level 34, i dont want to start over again.
What about the gamecenter where the games are saved, will everything be lost?Im just confussed atm. HELP pls:confused:

When you get your phone, download the games and either transfer them yourself or email TL to do it for you.
There is a thread which explains how to transfer in detail, which is very easy to do yourself.

did you send an email to support@teamlava.com ? If so and you did not get a response, reply back to your email they automatically sent with your ticket number.
Is there a way to use the same Storm8 ID--and thus work on the same, one world--on two or more devices? If there is I haven't found any sort of log-in option, only the Create a New ID option under Social.

You can transfer your games to another device, but you can't play on both.
If ur phone is jailbroken...and u changed ur UDID to be same, I guess u could.

Btw I dont know if jailbreaking is with TeamLava. It is legal though. So use at care when u change ur UDID. If keep changing UDID and make multiple accounts in one phone, be sure to copy &paste ur UDIDs
Eh, never had a single issue for two years on jailbroken phones. I don't know a single person who had a single issue with their phone being jailbroken. But I don't know.. Maybe somewhere in the world there is a person who had an issue.
