I have a trading portal on an android device and it does nothing. If I click on it It just tells me what it is and gives me no options for anything. Do you use it in a different way?

Android players do not have access to the trading portals.
Did u switch from iOS to Android? If so, it's stuck there, sorry :(
You can always switch back to IOS.
