Fixers or pop up??

Please would someone tell me why am I getting the pop ups or fixers twice a day!!!??? Its really taking the fun out of the game. I had it this morning and just had it again. I mean really. Its a little pesky I'm a 99 it takes a lot of no thanks before its done.Mine runs at least 5 minutes.

It's faster and easier just to shut your device down and restart the game.

OK ty cause it ran 2x yesterday too.
