Hi :) you are right! Can't find it on my device either. OS Android 9, Galaxy 9.
And it seems like it's only available for iOS players like this pink palm which is also an iOS-only option.
Hi memi512 and froimich...as far as i remember, u need to download "Pool party" Version of FS both for waterrfall dividers and pink palm items.These items r available for android bcoz i m android phone user:)

Thanks for the reply anyway. But it's still great news. I reckon I've been playing since Feb or March '13. So pool party might be a version that was released before this date...?
