It's not so much of getting the balance wrong, it's just that posting a certain way may get certain types of responses back.

Ha, yeah I'm ok - busy working on a lot of things - and trying to keep up with the forum. lol

I have all the same Mod abilities I've had since the beginning.

It's all in how you look at it. There's also a balance to posting in threads - what is posted and what the response is. Usually with a certain type of posting, it will lead into some comments being posted. But if you run into issues, you can report them.

The forum moderation level is still about the same as it was before, it's just some of it is not handled by myself.

If it's something that a Community Manager doesn't need to take a look at, it's taken care of as it's seen. Other things, especially regarding certain topics, gets passed to Community Managers/Staff to take care of.

Gold stars are fun.

There are things that are better handled by a Staff Member of the company. In those instances, I prefer that a Staff Member of the company take a look before any action is taken.

Seeing different types of things posted, about myself, as well as others is part of the territory. Thank you for the thought, however it's not necessary to defend me or to let what posters say about me get to you.
