  2. I am very frustrated with the lack of response in transferring my Castle Story game from my old device over to my new device. I have sent several questions to the lavateam with no response. My latest request was #1015255. All the information is in that request. It would be much appreciated if you could have someone transfer all my royal points, gold coins and gems to the new game. Please help.
