How to get free Emoji (the little symbols) 

. Go to the app store and download the app "Spell Number"

. Open spell number and type in 91929394.59 (with the decimal) now close spell number.

. Go to settings > general > keyboard > international keyboards > Japanese > then slide emoji to ON.

Now you should have free emoji. Any questions?

Goto the car symbol
Flick screen to the right 2 or 3 times to change pages.
Press desired flag.

You can delete spell number after you activate the emoji. The app is pretty much useless otherwise, it just uses up space. The emoji will still always be there.

Ok...I guess I am doing something really wrong because I went and dowloaded spell number and typed in that number...but on my world war under settings, I only have "Sound", "Vibration", and "Intro Animation". No where is there general settings and no keyboard. I am playing on my iphone. Does that make a diffrence? Thanks for the help.

I get the Mobster Name: and I can enter it in.. I choose the name I want, and I get an error saying I entered an invalid name. Name must be 4-15 characters, not contacin symbols <,>,!,@,#.$,$,^,&.*.(.)
First character must be alphanumberic,
Contain at least 3 alphanumeric character.

SOO, I've tried using a letter or number first, haven't gone outside the 4-15 characters includeing spaces and symbols, etc.
I'm following all the guidelines.. have rebooted my phone, and when I open imobster I get the same screen - no option to exit anything.
I've tried a few different names incase its thinking I'm using someone elses.. there is NO way I am doing anything wrong from what I see....

Wow... the add me forum is around the corner, please don't spam codes in other sections. Anyways, your number MUST have at least 3 alphanumeric characters. The emoji easter egg has been taken out of spellnumber 1.04 from what I've seen. It also only works on firmware version 2.1 and 2.21.

I haven't heard anything about them removing emoji from spell number. I doubt the spell # guys would do that, in the apps title it says "get free emoji"

Idk what to tell you. When I changed my name it let me use emoji, storm8 probably changed it.

Can you use the emoji symbols when typing something like a "NOTE" (an app that came standard on the iPhone) or in an ingame comment?

If answer is "no", then I suspect you are using Spell Number v1.04 which is rumored to have disabled the emoji easter egg (or at least the new code for the easter egg has changed and no one knows it yet).

If answer is "yes", then I guess it's just a Storm8 limit for names. Maybe the particular emoji you're trying to insert is not allowed because of a character in it (meaning maybe a different emoji symbol will work).

I'm also having the same problem. I'm following all the rules, name isn't too long, all characters are all valid, etc. etc. and I'm *still* getting an invalid name as a response. I can use emoji characters in posts just fine.

And I know storm8 hasn't disabled the functionality because I've seen people continue to add emoji to their names. No, there is something wrong here... I'm using a 3GS, perhaps it has something to do with that model of phone? Is anyone else with a 3GS getting this problem? Is anyone with one of the other two models encountering this problem?

I had the same problem, I was trying to put a heart in my name but it wouldnt work. I think it is just certain symbols that cause problems because when I tried a different symbol it worked fine. : )

I'm not an Android user, but after doing a google search for "Android Emoji" it doesn't look like there's any way to enable emoji characters on it .... yet.

Maybe someday someone will figure it out.

This isn't working for me. I enter the number, leave it on the line, then close out the app. When I go through the keyboards, Japanese isn't there. There is even a web address for installation instructions listed on iTunes, but it is not a good address anymore. Maybe it has changed?

I have spent a couple hours researching this emoji crap and it seems its just an apple ipod propriety thing. I have a droid and it seems really stupid that there isn't someone creating an app to see and type this emoji so I don't have to put up with viewing a bunch of boxes as names..
