Error: Given User name id is not vaild

hi my screen is stuck on this page ''Error: Given User name id is not valid'' i cant do nothing. i un installed the app an installed it again but it still comes up. i even installed all the storm 8 apps an re-installed it. but i still get the same message :confused:

i did but not herd from them. its been a few weeks now:(. i emailed them again but still no relpy
