What's up guys? Currently, I'm 52 with a higher handling than speed (Focus 10, Speed 44, Handling 65, Fuel 320, Integrity 200, crew 49) so I can save money and purchase the raceways. I level up 1-2 times a day and I have a decent record (~3273-563).
Just biding my time and remaining patient. My handling makes it hard for challengers to beat me, and I compensate for my lower base speed by purchasing 30 or more of each part (for every crew member-- I'm still in that process). I average $420,000 every time I go on a "race frenzy" and I think that's pretty good. :)
One piece of advice would be to get more property instead of extra parts next time you hit it big and build up your defense. In no time you'll have more wins and money coming your way. Hope this helps! Good luck :)
Also, though you lose 10% by putting it in the bank, I put EVERYTHING in there. Its extra insurance, and I make enough to not have to cry about the lost 10%. Plus, you don't want to be a sitting cash cow for the stronger guys! ;) Try it!
I hope this helps y'all out when you go to upgrade so you have an idea of what might work little better.
Peace.
