Campus and hometown quests were reset

I don't think this was supposed to happen, but last night all my hometown and campus quests were suddenly reset to 0%. Island seems to be fine. I had finished them all to 100%.

do them again to reach rank 2 and get a loot.
1 suggestion: do not do the campus missions. this loot item let your victims get under 27 health faster--> you can't farm them enough xD

I'm not sure I understand; does this mean this reset was supposed to happen?If so, then what triggered the reset? It seemed so random. I didn't even level up or anything before it or something. Can I then expect more of such resets to happen?

there was no reset.
e.g. you have 100% in every quest of campus, you reach rank 1. now you have to do all quests again to reach rank 2, then you are finished with campus.

but rank 2 was updated yesterday, that's why it looks like a reset
