Something seems fishy

I've been getting attacked by Rambo (73ncff) a lvl 95. I'm lvl 75 (3v5h6w). I put him on sanction and he was killed by lvl 25(6hd9br) & lvl 8 (unknown code). There's no way the lvl 8 & lvl 25 guys could beat Rambo based on their inventory. There is a Rambo at lvl 75 (more appropriately attacking me than a lvl 95), there's probably rambos at 25 & 8. Are they getting mixed up?

even if you lose the attack you still deal a small amount of damage to your opponent.

So if "Rambo" has 1 hp left and the low level attacks & deals 4 damage, he will get the kill credit.
