No luxury shipment?

Same thing happened to my new iphone. On my ipod it shows luxury shipments and all loot boxes available on all s8 games but i installed s8 games on my new iphone and didnt reset the game but still no access on luxury shipment or any loot boxes on any s8 games. Hope some1 can help me thx

I'm confused. Did you use 50 prestige points to 'loot' one of the luxury shipments, and are now saying, after your reset, that you don't have this car anymore?

If so, then that's what happens I'm afraid. Once you reset your account, you lose ALL cars, car parts, stats, money, income etc.

The Luxury Shipment boxes aren't available until you reach something like level 20, I believe. The Premier Shipment becomes available at around level 41.
