I was transfering my WW account (code 4TQ1NZ, level 60) to a new phone. But when the transfer was complete, instead of seeing my 4TQ1NZ stats, I was looking at a brand new account at level 1. My 4TQ1NZ account is no longer associated with my username and password. Can someone please help?
