Turtles????? Why do I not have any

When I tend to other peoples islands they all have turtle statues, but I haven't got any in my redeem how or where do you collect the turtles so I can get a statue?

It's not just you, I have not found any of the treasures needed for the turtle. Sucky really, I have 7 alien heads, no turtle.

I have 28 alien heads and about 18 statues ... but no turtle.

The tutorial island in this game is called "Turtle Island." It is the first island you explore and after exploring it, you will collect all of the "Turtle Jewelries" necessary to redeem the Turtle Statue. You can not revisit this island so if you redeem and sell your statue, you will not be able to get another one.

To redeem your Turtle Statue tap Menu -> Treasures -> Redeem next to the "Turtle Jewelries" found after scrolling down in your treasures list. It's above the "Wild Animal Tiles" which is the last treasure set.

Your redeemed item will be stored in your "Storage." Tap Show -> Design. When you are in the "Design" mode the storage icon will appear at the bottom left-hand side of your screen. Tap on it and scroll through the items within your storage to find your redeemed item.

What Norman fails to tell you (because there is ALWAYS something he fails to tell you) is that the reward for this island was not always a turtle statue. This reward changed after the game was already out to a turtle statue so anyone who finished the first island before the change will never be able to get a turtle statue. I see, thank you for providing this information. When I started to play Treasure Story, the turtle treasure set was already set-up so I had believed it was always there by default.

I just started to play this game this week.. I had no problem getting the turtle statue so I'm not sure why the rude posts are warranted here.. Norman is correct in how to retrieve it once you've collected the items. If there is a separate issue post your issue without being so rude.

Of course you would not have a problem getting the turtle statue because that is what the reward for that island is NOW. If you would have read my post carefully you would have read that the reward for that island was not always a turtle statue. So for all the players out there that finished the first island before Team Lava changed the reward to a turtle statue, they will never be able to get a turtle statue as long as Team Lava does not allow you to revisit the first island. Many players are not aware of this and are wondering why they do not have a turtle statue, thus the reason for my post.

I see, thank you for providing this information. When I started to play Treasure Story, the turtle treasure set was already set-up so I had believed it was always there by default.It was added later in the game. I played starting the release day and there was no statue for a week or two.
