honor points

I woke up this morning and found that my honor point went down from 35 to 5. I spent money to get those points and was saving them, so i'm not happy about it. Has this happend to any other account and what can I do to get it corrected?

Heard this before, as for paying it all I could say is suck it up, I paid for around 200 points and they refuse to reissue when I reset my account. (They just ignore my email completely)

Tell them what game it happened on, your alliance code, nickname, and as many details as you can about the situation ... like if someone else could have possibly accessed your phone while sleeping, when the last time way that you POSITIVELY saw the 30 points in there and when you noticed they were missing, and any other details you can think of.
