I'm playing jewel mania and seems I can't move on from a level. I passed it but the next world won't open. I've gone back and got more stars but still I can't move on. Does anyone know why? It's getting frustrating.

What level are on/trying to get to? Do you see the next island graphic, but it has a lock on it? Are you getting a message telling you you need more stars to advance (even though you say you've already got more?) You have to have an average of 2 stars per level to advance. A fix may be as simple as restarting, or perhaps you need to update your version (JM's currently at 1.1.7.) For some reason, this seems to be a very common issue. You'll see quite a few threads where players say they cannot move on to the next island/next region (for various reasons) if you scroll through this forum. Same thing in the Jewel Mania | Bugs & Issues (http://forums.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?118-Jewel-Mania-Bugs-amp-Issues) section.

Anyway, anytime you have an issue, there are certain things you should try first. I'm quoting them below (from post #1 of Current Known Bugs and Issues for JM (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?41129-Current-Known-Bugs-and-Issues-for-Jewel-Mania)...sticky at top of pg. 1.):

"If your iOS device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game
Hard restart - hold the power and home buttons, through the power off slider, until the Apple symbol appears.
For newer devices (iPod Touch 4th Gen and newer, iPhone 3G and newer, all iPad versions [possibly other devices]) - close out background running apps. Double tap the home button, when the screen raises up, hold the app until it starts shaking. Press the red minus symbol to close."

There's more info there at the link. Don't worry about the "delete & reinstall the game" part. Their servers save your game progress so you don't lose your level, gold, coins, etc. If none of these things fix your issue, you can post your problem in the
