How do you post photos?

Can someone please tell me how to post the photo of my bakery. I've been posting this question for several days in different places and no answer. Do I need to be logged in?

I think u take a snapshot with your iPad/ iPhone and then u go to a website like photo bucket.com (no space) and use the IMG format and post in text

Thanks for trying but I can't understand any of your instructions. I 'm afraid when someone doesn't know how to do something they need non- jargonite language.
