When I attack, it say:

"You won battle, ...
During the battle, you lost B2 ...."

I am confusing that why I won but I lost $400k worth of B2; and emeny lost battle but did not lost any unit?

Armies lose units in war, it's a fact of life. You wouldn't expect to go into a battle in real life and not lose troops/units.

In this game, sleeping is better than fighting, as when I sleep, my income pay each hour, but fight will lose more than enemy even I won.

Doing mission can level up and get $, better than fight as fight lost unit even you won.

The same happened to me ! Once i attacked and i won the battle i took around $ 25k but i lost 1 B2 bomber worth of $1,570k during battle. If we make calculations i'm the loser!

Think about it this way... Simplest example you attack a nation with NO units, they obviously will loose zero, you may crash a few B2s while bombing. How much they loose is based on how many and what kind of units THEY have also.

I did not worry about $400k, but worry about it is unlogic and why winner lost more than loser. Who is winner? Is it lost more or less?I feel your pain at the apparent illogic, V3. But, that's just it, nothing is logical about war. But, I think some of it could be, in part, due to buildings, also.

Maybe the person's buildings took the brunt of your attack. You'd lose some units and they'd lose nothing.

It'd be interesting if you did a test and attacked that person like 10 times to see if they EVER lost any units. Then we'd have more data to go on.
