Hmmm, I thought there was another thread on this, but couldn't find it. Hopefully it's no longer needed (for your sake, lol!) But JIK:

It's been quite awhile since I played this level (stuck on 122 at the moment.) But I took a quick look at it & here's what I would do to pass: You have 100 moves to dig 21 levels, so gotta use them wisely. I'd start the level with at least one match flat (horizontal) against the dirt as your 1st move. If you don't have that, restart until you do (shouldn't take an energy if you don't touch the board.) Then, concentrate on making lots of special gems (blasters, bombs, & diamonds) or making matches (preferably "flat") against the dirt or ice. Don't worry too much about clearing the ice that runs in a column down the center, as it will pretty much be cleared in the matching/digging process (& the screen scrolls even if you don't clear it.) Make special jewel combinations (swap blaster+bomb, for example) for more powerful digging.

Whoops, I meant to delete the part above about the "screen will scroll" even if ice not cleared. Though this is probably true, you don't want to do that in this case cuz it would make it harder to make matches! But if you're getting ready to combine a diamond & blaster, for example...it wouldn't matter!
