By the time I had reached lvl 15, I had minimal income and couldnt buy slaves, or abilities.
I couldn't fight and just kept banking what little income I was getting to keep from losing it to other vamps & zombies.
I sold ALL my abilities in order to buy slaves and generate more income.
I am not sure when my income is at a safe amount to start buying abilities again.
I don't know what abilities, or how many of each, will be best to get me back in the game!!
I've been stuck here for almost a week!
Should I just RESET?!

I did the same thing don't stress, just carry on with wot ut doing and each time u go up a level spend all ur skill points on defence, I aimed to increase my income by a certain amount each level before leveling up I.E 20000 before going up to level 16 and 30000 before going to level 17. Eventaully when I get a high enough income I would by the best defensive abilities I could for each clan member I have and then stay at that level buying slaves untill I obtained a decent sized income.

I did the same thing too. Lots of people do. The key to low levels with this game is patience. I agree that you should concentrate on buying slaves for a while and hang low. Check out the profile on other vamps of your level to get an idea as to what other people are doing.

You need to check every hour for your blood points and store it in the blood bank and as you are storing it check howmuch your abilities cost so you can buy them, but check with the ones like slaves that leave you income so you can accumulate more blood points every hour.

I did the same thing. I'm currently not buying any abilities, just slaves until I get my income up to like $11million/hour. Then I'm going to spend like a solid week banking that blood - no slaves, no purchase at all. Then I'm going to buy enough abilities to drop it down to 8 million/hour and then stop buying abilities and just maintain what I have until I get back to about 11 and repeat. I also bank very regularly. I get attacked a lot, because I dropped all my abilities, but no one gets much blood because there's rarely any there.

I have done the same thing - everyone seems to have the same advice - just sit low and build up your income slowly, but I hardly see the point in playing or having the game if I just have to open it up, bank some blood and wait a few weeks before I can do anything! Getting a bit bored with being attacked constantly and having nothing to do but wait.

Storm8 games are designed to be played over a period of years, not weeks. They require extreme amounts of patience, especially in the lower levels.
You need to stick at around level 15, and spend all of your income on slaves. Keep your clan members to a max of 4 or 9. This will keep you at the highest of your attack bracket. Buy one each of the best defensive/attacking abilities for EACH clan member ie. 4 clan members, 4 of the best defensive abilities and 4 of the best attacking abilities for each catergory (physical, sensory, transformation). Having only 4 clan members means you can limit the amount of upkeep you pay.
Also, I wouldn't use the blood bank. It's always been pointless for me - I'd prefer that 10% deposit fee to go on another slave or two.

I would agree with above DO NOT BANK... unless you have pissed someone off to hit you every 50 minutes, there is no value to banking 10% is a lot you are wasting each time... also use a spreadsheet from one of the stickies to make sure you are using the best ROI and not just buying slaves randomly. you will be fine, if you want to reset you are low enough that you havent lost much, and potentially you could improve your stats, however i would just keep going... =)

I wouldn't advise against attacking back. You only get a few experience points from attacks anyway, it shouldn't effect your overall strategy. And the upside is that if you lose attacks, you fall beneath the health threshold and become invisible to other attackers anyway. Just avoid missions for now. They'll level you up too quickly.

easy solution, being only lvl 15 (and you got there too fast)
reset your account, not much lost.
