system bug?

I found a system bug in my game. I planted some red ascer trees but after five watering it grew into crab apple trees. The first time I thought I tabbed the wrong button when I planted it. But I tried twice more and it gave me the same wrong tree. Anybody had the same experience?

Try buy a carb apple tree see if the bug give you an apple tree
