Big Red Ruby

I received a big ruby from a quest a couple of weeks ago. I haven't seen anything on the forum about it and was wondering what it is for and if anyone else has one. Thanks!

I have received 3 Red Rubies. 2 from Sir Pigglesworth, and one from the mine. At least I think that's where they all came from. I've asked other long-time players about them, they have no idea either. Possibly part of the Crown Jewels of the true ruler!

I got another Big Red Ruby while mining for Diamond. The CS Inventory thread, which is updated, still says " No use for it now" but will be in the future. I guess we that possess, will just be ahead of the game!

My Sir Piggelsworth just dropped a Big Ruby! I check my inventory and I now have 2 (no idea where I got the first one) but I don't remember if they're used for anything. I think the Troll King dropped a ruby when I defeated him so long ago, but it's been ages so I can't fully remember if its the same one or not. Big Ruby's have an inventory limit of 99 so are we suppose to be collecting them for something? Their description says that they're a rare drop.

Kaz did mention that the trolls weren't happy that we stole it. The trolls also don't have a king at the moment. I'm wondering if part of an upcoming quest will. E to use the ruby to make a crown or sceptre for kaz.

Just today I got another Red Ruby from my Troll Vault so I was wondering when are we going to find out the use for this item?:confused:

Now at 7 for the rubies. But the troll hoard seem to be giving others gems too; emerald, topaz & sapphire gems too. Looking forward to the epic event that is promised. Happy collecting guys.

I'm level 48, and either there hasn't been a use yet, or my memory is lacking (quite possible!). But I have 7 big red rubies, so I think the former is true.
