Best way to avoid monster ?

Sometimes, it gets annoyed to have monsters appear and prevent you from working.
I use one land to let monster stay there.
I wonder if there's a better way ?

Trapping them like you've done is the best way. That's a great spot you've got for your troll.

Problem with that solution is that there are some goals you can not complete without beating up the monsters.

Defeat the monster when you need to do these goals and then trap another monster when you have finished with them.

That was my plan but I keep needing the rat tails for hot sauce (yuck).

Thanks for making my point. You need the rat tails and troll juice etc… I guess some folks don't mind a skunkie stinking up their yard but what would the neighbors say about that?

In my case, it looks like troll is waiting for a chance to attack my city.
And about skunkie, "it's stink, that's why it's left outsite the city.
Look ugly or not depends on where you trap them.
