Invisible buildings and characters

I had to reinstall the game on my IPhone and now some of the buildings and characters are invisible. They are still there, but you cannot see them. Is there a way I can fix this?

Otherwise, how can I start the game from scratch? I have already tried reinstalling it, but it does not go back to normal.

Email support@teamlava.com. Give your ID, game and issue and they'll look into it. You can't restart the game on your device. You would need to either start new on a different device or transfer all of your TL games to a different device.
