I have tried restarting and re-installing...but did not help. Tiny version of workshops and potion shops are cute actually. =]

Sorry, i don't know how to make a picture from my ipad but the problem is the same than the picture from the message before. The objects are stretched and thomas and Ivy stay quiet on the same place

I,ve discovered i have more trouble with storm games: city story and pet hotel. Both of them doesn't work properly

You should be ok now, we have verified that your game has normal shadows and correct sizing.

I've tried, uninstalling, restarting and installing and the problem goes on. Miniatures from buildings and animals beside the dark spot around the characters.

Speaking of shadows, It would be very cool to have aura on our characters... When they passing buildings or animals it can decrease waiting time (while playing mode not sleep mode, to encourage player to be more active)

Always and ivy and thomas and the other character don,t move from the spot. They stay moving over the same place

I have the same problem too. Everything out of proportion, the character have shade of circle around them and npc not moving.

I'm getting the exact same problems as the earlier posts. Smaller workshops, smaller animals, stretched items,etc.
It was working fine until I did an iPhone restore. Have since re-installed, re-started...twice! But problem remains.
Please advise what to do as I didn't see any solution posted.

And heres the tiny animals and character shadows. Also, Thurston and Ivy are like "jogging stationery".

Have you tried force closing out the game to see if this fixes the issue?

To force close you games, means you are closing out the game from running in the background.
On iphone, ipad, etc. ( you are not deleting the game and redownloading it)

Click you home button twice, your icons will show up at the bottom

You are not deleting the apps just closing them out. When you have app run in the background, it takes memory and slows up the games.

Have exactly the same problem. Big black shadow, stretched items, characters run in place.

Tried reinstalling, force closing, rebooting etc. Still the same.

I have similar problems with fashion story, home design story, bakery story. (basically all the TL games I play).

I don't no about shadows, but as for characters running in place I had the same problem when I changed the time on my iPad
try setting iso to automatically set time.
