focus: 20

What are my options? spend it so i can be a racer? or an atm?

If you want to be a racer i would suggest dumping 100 points into Speed and rest to Handling.

If you want to be an ATM put everything into integrity

Next option be defensive put all you points Handling and make sure you best cars for this.

Lol, i mainly play imobsters where i don't do missions much so i decided to just fuk around and max out fuel on this platform. I wasn't taking it serious from the get-go but now i'm just wondering what i can do with it. Is this account still capable of being a good racer?

Simply do not add onto your integrity if you wish to keep your wins/losses at a good kdr. Put it into speed since you have enough fuel. Put some into handling and less into focus.

Depends how many times you log in during the day. Fuel is important if you don't log in that often per day. You need to start grifting the missions that give loots not available in the parts shop.

I started late collecting mission loots and regret it, start that with the custom gear box..move on to illegal engine mods, jet command module etc - you'll thank me later for that.

focus is fine, integ is already too high....

speed and handling depends on how you play.... I personally just balance them.
