not credited honor points

Dl the 300 honor world war on my iPhone it installed but did not credit me the honor points , contacted app store who let me download again and still no credit. I had credited 300 honor points 2 weeks earlier so may be causing problem.
so basically been chagred from app store and never got honor points.
app store emailed me back to tell me to contact storm 8 . can someone help me :mad::mad::mad:

If you already did it through itunes once I'm not sure it would allow you to do it again - but I'm not 100% sure.

Email Storm8 support with as much information about the situation as you can.
