mad cost of pets and getting very bored

is it just me or is the cost of the recent pets these three to four weeks updates making me terribly broke and also the upgrading?
and pet shop is no longer fun and is totally boring as only cats and dogs are for coins (a huge amount now) and all other types like chincillas etc cost gems.
Also boring is there is no mastery gems and expansion so there is like nothing to play for?

Do any of you players feel the same or is it just me.

That is how I felt, so I quit. The long breeding times as well as the cost to upgrade some of the habitats was really getting to me as well. I would upgrade something fully, and then find myself broke again. Trying to get the full family was also getting difficult as it would take 2+ days for one breeding.

I was finding the same problem with Zoo 2, so I quit that as well. It wasn't that I didn't enjoy either game, it was just too expensive and too long to breed anything. Not to mention the pets I really wanted was for gems, and with no way to earn them, I'd have to spend my own money, which I will not do. I have no issue buying one of the packages every now and then, but ONLY if there is also the opportunity to EARN gems as well. I'll give back to something that gives to me, but if there is no GIVE on one side, I just feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Not a good feeling.

I'm also thinking of quitting ... Just go in once a day to send gifts and accept requests and sometimes collect from pets but am finding it boring same thing with zoo2

Agreed. My interest has waned for all reasons above. I'm about to post an apologetic goodbye to my nbrs, and just be done with this game. Maybe I'll torture myself for another week...maybe not.

I know... it costs over 50 K to fully upgrade and breed PUGS!

Tons of reasons to quit pet shop story... It's not everybody game. It's a game for gems owners. Good for them.......

Over the weeks haven't you noticed that new pets cost go up by 20 ,000 dollars.
