I woke up to find my character reset...

I had a lvl 15 Elf Mage named Geh Narcotia, that disappeared after the last long round of maintenance about a week or so ago. I went to sleep, then woke up with a fresh slate. To make it worse, I can't get more legend points to get my party back up to it's size. (I used legend points to add 3 "people" to my party.) I don't remember my army code for that one. Can I get my character back? Or am I SOL?

...if you could call it that. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and my old character wasn't reinstated. In fact, my "new" character lost all his skill/levels, but kept the land he had. Quite confusing.

On a side note, I've been perusing the forums here (specifically the bugs/technical forums), and it seems as though complaints/problems are rarely addressed here on the forums by the people who have the capacity to actually fix them. Most of what I've noticed is moderators/experienced people saying "email support then wait." Which leads me to believe that posting here on the forums is fairly pointless, IF you want the problem solved. Am I reasonable in that assumption?

In any case, I'm gonna go email support and see what happens.

well...I think I'll just delete the app. From what I can see with the newest release, if one can't pay to play, one ought not bother trying. Being able to buy skill points (regardless of how limited) puts an unreasonable advantage in favor of those with $$$; defeating the purpose of a game being free. No point in me trying to waste my time and effort in a futile endeavor.

@storm8, I think this was a great concept for a game, but it's weighted too much in favor of people who have money to spend on a "free" game. If I had to pay up front for it, I could understand it better, but not so much for a "free" game. I know you guys gotta make money, but it seems excessive to me. Especially since there are several games that are the same thing with a different veneer. i.e. vampires live, racing live, etc; they all have the same format. Doesn't strike me that the development for those is very different than for kingdoms live. In any case, I'm not gonna bother with your games anymore. Thanks for a fun couple of weeks.
