Why can't I purchase Loyalty Points at the sale price?

Yeah i am havin issues buying loyalty points also...

I go to Lich and there is no option to buy them.. nothing...

I tried clicking on the "change name" option thinking maybe as i only have 10 points it would then give me an option to buy but still nothing.

I have reset my phone, the game, blah blah... i just wana change my name! Someone help!!!

If there is a newer version of the game or something, can someone post a link pretty please?

Same here... Been like this for days now, Its always been hit and miss, ie the links to purchase points on most storm8 games vanish when you want to buy, but they usually come back eventually if you reload the page. On Zombies though, I have reloaded the page hundreds of times over the past few days and have been unable to see any purchasing links.

Its as though there is a cap on your ability to purchase from storm8 ?
I bought some on Vampires the other day, does that affect my ability to purchase on other storm8 games ?

Im also having problems with LP on zombies, ive reset phone software version 4.2.1, earased the whole damn thing and started fresh.. and still the same.. its also the same on my itouch software version 4.1.. just cannot buy them through game.. updates such as offers available all come up.. but you get no options to buy any of these things.. id have thought storm who are money crazy may have jumped on this sooner to sort it out.. or at least commented on this bug !!!

Well, it was time for a phone upgrade anyways...had the Samsung Moment (Original Droid). Just bought a HTC EVO SHIFT and still couldn't buy Prestige...lol. Updated phone, now running Droid Version 2.3.3 and updated software, and what do you know. I can buy Prestige now. Not gonna though, all the awesome deals are gone. gonna keep my money.... ;)


So it has something to do with phone, phone running version, or phone software being outdated.
