Alright, well Im level 30 and I have a total of 930 energy. Here's some information of what I'm doing in order to progress in Ninjas Live. Some of it may or may not be helpful to you, but you should still read it.

In order to get this information I used a lot of math. I hate math, so it was very aggravating for me.

With 10 herb shops upgraded to its maximum capacity, you will be getting 30 energy points every 5 Minutes.

10 Herb shops will cost you 40,000, you will get 20 energy every 5 minutes.
10 Herb shops at it's maximum upgrade will cost your another 80,000. This is as of where you get 30 energy ever 5 minutes. That's 120,000 in total of the cost of the 10 Herb shops.

Having energy like me (930) it takes a while for it to refill. With those herb shops it would take me 2 Hours and 20 Minutes to gain 912 energy.

Today I faced the problem of not having enough equipment for my large clan size. I needed 145 Two-Sided Spears , 145 Fire Balls , and 145 Counter-Attacks. I was broke, so I decided to do some math. First I calculated the cost of the equipment in total, and it came out to be 565,500. My first question was, How long will it take me to get that much? I think figured out which mission would be best for me to do. I chose Tokyo Bay - Learn from the air elemental. This mission gives you 4,950 - 8,140 , 11 exp. , plus loot (Howling sword of the wind). At the minimum pay of the mission (4,950) , If I do it 120 times i'll gain approximately 594,000 and 1320 exp.. That's at MINIMUM, and Im a mercenary so it's very rare that I'd get the minimum pay. Then I reduced it to 100 times, because of the max pay, which Im always closest to receiving(+ HSOW - 10k ). Doing that mission 120 times would mean I'd have to use 13,200 energy.I have 930 Total energy. *Note it takes 160 minutes to get 912 energy*. SO , in 36 hours and 40 minutes (1 day and 12 hours) I would have gotten 14,592 energy. That's over enough energy to complete my task. So doing all of this will give me about 3-4 levels, about 700k, + My new equipment.

Seems like a great strategy until you get to the point where u would need some sort of income

I've seen someone, (name withheld) with the ten (10) herb shops and two maxed out Regional Prefects out there....

He/She is probably is making a fortune just doing missions....

my level is 22, with 600 energy .. I earn more in missions that I can spend between levelling - a bit on attack and a bit on defense to assist with some novelty of attack when bored.

I have only one passive income client and that is only for the upkeep items I need for the missions

Youre right, it is. I could care less about my ratio though, thats the good part. Also once I get 60 Def i'll start riding the HL again. Im now level 40 with 1020 energy , over 5m , and 22 Def. My ratio is 100 deaths over my kills, thats pretty easy to pan out with hl riding.

but once you get to 200, you're gonna have tons of useless energy....but in this game, the loot seems much better than usual. hmmmm....

Once you get 200 you'll still be able to do missions for money and loot. So energy won't really be useless.

i only have enough energy to do the missions that give me the best loot at the time. Since i'm level 23 i only need 200 energy to get the sword. I've found that balancing energy with with the other stats works my play style best, and i keep 5 herb shops upgraded for 20 energy a tick, and the rest is income.

It also depends how many allies you want and what items you want. Its easy to not have a problem with upkeep if your items are garbage for your level, which most players seem to be embracing. I keep my ally count low and my item quality high. I only get attacked by players with a much higher ally count than i have if i don't bank my cash. Its a departure from the other games but i swear, if i have more than 100k not banked, players with 100 more allies than i do instantly see me and attack me, but if i don't have cashed banked i only get attacked by people with the same ally count as I have.
