Higher levels attacking lower?

I am constantly getting attacked by players at a higher level. Is anyone else getting this? I have 3 of their games and this hasnt happened in the others. I dont see a way to attack a lower leveled player.

It's called "Open Season".

This is happening because the game is only 3 days old.
You apparently moved up faster than everyone else.
There aren't enough people to fill your bracket.
So the bracket gets expanded so there's always someone in the list to fight against.

You didn't see it in the other games because you installed long after other people were moving up and were spread out over all the levels with all sorts of clan sizes.

P.S. -- THis actually happens in all of the other games. It just normally doesn't happen until much later on, like somewhere between level 50-100.
