If you ever run into a repeating connection problem with any of our games, please follow the steps below and then send the information to support@storm8.com
If you have a computer nearby, please open "Command Prompt" and run the following commands (using the same WiFi setting):
First
1) Go to the start menu of Windows, and in the search box, type "command"
2) After the "Command Prompt" pops up, then type: tracert (game).storm8.com
- (game) should be replaced with wwar, kl, vl, im, rl (Racing Live), rol (Rockstars Live), zl, or nl depending on which of our games you are playing.
3) After the codes show up, Right Click --> "Select All" --> Ctrl-C
4) Paste the codes in an email and send to us.
Second
1) Open a new "Command Prompt", then type: ping (game).storm8.com
- same as above
2) After you see some codes, Right Click --> "Select All" --> Ctrl-C
3) Paste the code in an email and send to us.
Third
Please tell us where you are located geographically, e.g. State, Country.
