So you've spotted something amiss have you? You'd better run back and tell the others! But make sure your report is concise and to the point or they may not be able to send help in time.
1) Provide Evidence: your technical/bug reports will be much easier to investigate if you provide us with a detailed description of what happened and if applicable a snapshot of your device's screen showing the error. In order to take a snapshot press the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time. The Sleep button is located on the upper edge of your device and the Home button is the button in the bottom center. The snapshot will be saved in the Photos section of your device.
Bad Example: My money's gone!
Good Example: Yesterday evening when I logged off around 7:30 PM I had about $30,000 in my bank but today I logged on around noon and I noticed that I was missing $10,000. I didn't make any purchases overnight, my cashflow is positive, and I'm the only person who has access to my phone.
