Boulder Crush hasn't appeared

My Character has reached level 79, and has completed all the quests available EXCEPT for the ones requiring the Earth ability of "Boulder Crush". The ability of Boulder Crush doesnt appear at all in the Earth abilities, not even with a grayed out/lock on it.

Any suggestions on how to get that ability to appear so that i can proceed?

You get Boulder Crush ability in the Tournament quest section, Prepare for Final Match.
